Ingrid Schonfield is the new Regional Performance and Reporting Specialist in the San Francisco Regional Office of the Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (ETA). Ingrid oversees performance reporting for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Workforce Investment Act, and Wagner–Peyser Act funds and also acts as the Federal Project Officer for Hawaii’s formula-funded grants. Prior to taking on the Regional Performance Specialist role, Ingrid worked for nearly 10 years as a Federal Project Officer with the states of Oregon, Alaska, and Washington. Prior to joining ETA’s Regional Office in 2006, Ingrid was employed in the private sector in business, public health, and workforce development. Ingrid is a former One-Stop Career Counselor and has a master’s in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University and two bachelor’s degrees from University of California, Davis.
